I felt a little nervous about trying to get back into regular clothes because I know I am not even close to being my regular size yet so I have been making due with the few pieces that do fit right now and I have avoided shopping for bottoms at all costs. I have to admit, it has been a little disappointing when I put on a pair of pants and they still don’t fit, so I just stopped doing it and living in the same few pairs that fit. But I know they will with time. I just got clearance to work out again to I hope I can get rid of the last 8 pounds pretty easy.

I myself don’t like to go crazy because of a sale,Throughout the year I make a list of things I want or need and then create wish lists at my favorite sites and grab things as they go on sale. I like to approach the sale that way so I avoid the impulse purchases. I have a whole sales shopping strategy guys. and it usually works pretty good in my favor.  Take these shoes and the bag for example, they are both a sale season score. I had been watching them all season long and I kept a close eye on them, set up notifications to alert me when they went on sale and I was able to score them both over 50%.

While everyone was out shopping the Nordstrom sale, I had a little time to sneak in to Saks Off 5th one day (mostly because its right to my whole foods) and found this cute cold shoulder blouse. I love that it has classic elements like the pin stripes, crew neck and the peplum flare. Boy does it feel good to wear something that is on trend again!

DEAR EASTON

My dear baby boy, today you are one! It’s only been 365, but somehow it feels like we have been together for a lifetime. The feeling I felt the moment I physically held you has not faded one bit and every time I hold you now the feeling comes back just the same. The first…

MY CURRENT SKIN CARE ROUTINE

Ever since having Easton I’ve desired better skin. Mostly because putting on makeup to feel better about myself is a little ridiculous, in my opinion. I want to eliminate the need for any foundations, tinted moisturizer, powders during the day. I want to be able to wear blush, mascara and a little lipgloss…
