Mamas, am right when I say breastfeeding is an emotional journey and we need all the support we can get. I for one, struggle with nursing every day. Not only does my little have a latch issue that causes a lot pain, but I also worry about how much longer ill be able to keep my supply up to continue to exclusively nurse him.

At two months, I noticed my milk production was not increasing even though I was eating a well rounded diet, nursing, and pumping continuously. I became anxious and got a little depressed thinking I wouldn’t be able to nurse my little fella much longer so I started doing some research about what else I could do.  Lets just say there is a lot of information out there and you could really go down a rabbit hole.

After doing my research, I found out that fenugreek might be the magic ingredient needed to increase my supply so I took fenugreek capsules, but still after a few days, no increase in supply. Thats when I came across Pink Stork. I saw an insta story of a mama raving about the Liquid Gold, Nursing Mothers Tea which contains fenugreek and blessed thistle, and I thought; what the heck. If anything I get to relax with a cup of tea each night (which I do anyway). On about day two I started to see a small increase in my supply when I got up to pump in the middle of the night and I imagine it would be better if I drank a few cups a day.

Shortly after I started drinking the tea, the Pink Stork team reached out me to let me know they had other products that help support healthy breastfeeding and offered to send them to me. They sent me the True Milk Capsules which are made of all natural, organic ingredients and on day three I noticed I was producing 2 ounces more!

Now Pink Stork is a part of my nightly routine and I am happy that I get to continue my breastfeeding journey.

Happy Monday! I hope all you mamas survived the time change. I braced myself for the biggest battle based on all the stories and personal friend experiences, but little fella handled it like a champ. Easton woke up at his regular time which would of been 6:30 so 7:30 spring forward time and we…

Hey! I am not usually one for overly trendy style, but I do happen to like this deconstructed button up trend. But, since of my cardinal rules is to not spend top dollars on trend items, I struggled to find an affordable option that fit well, and not require alterations because I don’t have time to run…
