Happy Wednesday! I think I like most girls when I say, I always dreamed of having a little girl, mostly for the matching mommy and me outfits. In fact, when we started the process of IVF, I started getting my short list of girl names together and by the time we were pregnant, I had settled on a name. When we found out we were having a boy, I was still very happy, but I had to start from scratch on names. Easton didn’t even have a name for two days, and Easton wasn’t even on the list. LOL. Now that he’s been here for 6 months, I am having so much fun dressing him, and more fun finding ways to coordinate our looks without being too obvious. Of course. I don’t want to embarrass him. lol
This little trench coat was one of the first things I bought for him when I found out I was having a boy with the anticipation of him being able to wear it around this time, and my mind is blown that he is now wearing it. I remember feeling like he would never be big enough to fit into it… time does fly!
Can we talk about my slouchy boots? I snagged from Saks Off 5th and I love them so much I snagged them in black leather too. I did have to take them to my shoe cobbler to have them taken in because they were to big around the calf. The heel is perfect for me these days, as I can’t seem to walk and carry a baby in high heels these days. I can’t recommend them enough! I’ve already worn them so much!
