Valentine’s day used to be just another day for me, but now that Easton is here I get to experience it through his little eyes I am actually a little excited for it. Sure he is still too small and probably a waste of money and time, but his little expressions and reaction to all the colors and balloons are enough to make you do it again and again.

However festive I might be feeling, I was about to go purchase a cutesy outfit to shoot. Instead, I reworked pieces already in my closet. I love this heart print blouse. I’ve had it for years and even though I only wear it a few times a year, I don’t think I’ll ever get rid of it. I got this white blazer last year and they recut it every season. Here it is in a gorgeous mint for spring.
