Frame Denim has come out with hands down the best high waisted, flares of the season. The LE FLARE DE FRANCOISE. They aren’t cheap and so I tittered with pulling the trigger for a few months because I don’t have a shortage of flares in my closet, but then I spotted them in black. They come in white, dark wash, light wash and black, But I have only spotted the black on Net-A-Porter. I couldn’t resist styling them with a chic faux fur vest and pussy bow blouse for an uptown boho feel.
