MIDI FLORAL DRESS

MIDI FLORAL DRESS

Happy Monday! Hopefully you are one of the few that has this day off. I for one, am working today. Boo!

I found this midi floral dress at Zara last week. It’s perfect for a spring day event (which we had then the weather went bipolar) or running errands with flats, but it will also allow room for my growing bump. Shopping has become more of a strategic game these days, but I think I figured out my formula. Right now I am only shopping for pieces in my normal size (if they fit) that will accommodate a little growth/weight gain and that will still be relevant after the baby is born. I found that sticking to this strategy is helping me make smart purchases and in the end will save me a little money. Any mamas reading this have any other advise about shopping while pregnant?

I hope you all have a great week! I will be doing a pregnancy update and sharing my can’t live without items later this week.

XxOx, Marisela

DEAR EASTON

My dear baby boy, today you are one! It’s only been 365, but somehow it feels like we have been together for a lifetime. The feeling I felt the moment I physically held you has not faded one bit and every time I hold you now the feeling comes back just the same. The first…

MY CURRENT SKIN CARE ROUTINE

Ever since having Easton I’ve desired better skin. Mostly because putting on makeup to feel better about myself is a little ridiculous, in my opinion. I want to eliminate the need for any foundations, tinted moisturizer, powders during the day. I want to be able to wear blush, mascara and a little lipgloss…

If you’ve been with me for a while, you know I am not a crazy print person. But I do like prints, I’m just more of the classic varietals. Stripes, florals and of course polka dots. Mainly because I find crazy prints hard to wear. Let’s just say, I do not have the gift of…
