THE WEEKEND

Here is a look that I shot with Marshalls back in March. If you remember I went off to Santa Barbara for a few days and I am excited to finally share the project with you.  When I saw this t-shirt on the rack it spoke to me. I usually don’t go for graphic tees but, I figured why not.  I paired it whit a pencil skirt to give it a more mature feel and because it is the weekend, I needed a large tote to carry all my purchases. All though this look is a departure from my regular solids, neutral color palette  it is ultimately grounded in black and white.

I completely fell in love with Santa Barbara. Sure it’s a blogger dream location but, the vibe is so chill and full of independently owned restaurants, and shops which makes it feel like a true community. On this particular day we headed off to the Farmers Market and while there I was able to score a balloon flower (which come on who doesn’t lover balloon art) and ran into the most beautiful bushels of lilacs which came from the lilac farm in SB. I mean really!

Thanks to Marshalls!
